The Kent, Surrey and Sussex Parent Advisory Group is a group of families with neonatal experiences who provide valuable feedback to help improve neonatal care and services for other families.
Parents attend regular meetings and are able to raise issues they feel need to be explored, challenged or celebrated. Members vary in the time and capacity they can give to the group but any and all input is welcomed. Our supportive group have played a key role in the development of on-going projects within the network.

I'm Marie and I am the parents and family engagement lead for Kent, Surrey and Sussex Neonatal Operational Delivery Network.
My role involves gathering parent and family voices and making sure they are heard at network level. I work closely with the care co-ordinator team. I support parents and families to be part of working groups and steering groups within the network and to be seen as equal partners and experts with lived experience within these groups to make sure quality improvement (QI) projects are co-produced with families.
I am currently chair of our Parent Advisory Group.
